Terms & Conditions

It is very important that you arrive to your session on time and ready to begin. The session that was booked is specifically for you. Please make every effort to be on time so that you can receive your full session. If you are late or not ready for your session, it will cause your session to be cut. Once you are more than 15 minutes late for their session, it will result in a forfeit of your session fee and a $60 late fee.

All retainers are a non-refundable. Clients are given one pass to reschedule for emergency purposes. Beyond that, you must place a new deposit to secure a new date. Should weather cause us to reschedule there is no fee for that. Once a session fee is paid in full there are no refunds, only reschedules. Please make sure Great Shots Photography is contacted directly and as soon as possible.

Client agrees to pay Photographer non-refundable retainer to secure session date. Retainer must be no less than 50% of the total session fee. In addition, Client agrees to remit full balance PRIOR to commencement of photo session plus any applicable sales tax.

In the event of cancellation due to failure to pay the remaining balance, the client will forfeit any monies paid to Great Shots Photography. No refunds will be given. No exceptions!

After the photographs are taken as stated per our contract, the photographer will edit and present to Client only those photographs that, in Photographer's sole judgment, best represent Photographer's work. Unless otherwise specified and agreed upon with client.

Great Shots Photography does not release unedited images of ANY KIND without the watermark to any client. There is no exception! If a client is interested in purchasing additional edited images outside of what it included in the package chosen, it will be $15 per image. ALL proofs will be covered with a watermark and are not to be posted to any social media platform. Please do not screenshot either.

Photographer may substitute another photographer to take the photographers place in the event of illness or other emergency. In the event of this substitution, the photographer will ensure that competent photographer is chosen.
